A small tool with one job.
What it is
myDMC is a premium itinerary builder for Destination Management Companies. The job: produce the mobile-shaped PDF a DMC sends to a traveller before a trip — the cheatsheet with the cover photo, the day-by-day, the “things we adjusted for you” page, the 24/7 number.
That cheatsheet is the most important artefact a DMC ships. It's the only piece of the business the customer actually keeps. And it's usually a WhatsApp thread, a Google Doc, or a Canva export that doesn't look like the trip it's describing.
Why now
Croatian DMCs sell €5,000–€15,000 trips with handoff documents that read like a hotel concierge note photocopied at the airport. The gap between what the trip is and what the deliverable looks like has gotten embarrassing — and travellers under 45 notice.
The tools that could close the gap are either back-office ERPs (priced for the operator, not the deliverable) or generic design tools (priced for everyone, opinionated about nothing). Neither knows what a Day Three transfer with a Bosnian driver and a 12-year-old who hates boats actually looks like as a typeset page.
myDMC is opinionated about exactly that.
How it works
Reverse Typeform. You answer one screen at a time — who's the trip for, when, where, who's leading, what did you adjust? — and the cheatsheet builds itself page by page. Defaults from your last trip carry forward, blocks save as templates, the 35th block of trip #4 isn't a chore.
Behind it: a typography-grade template (Adriatic Curated for v1, more on the way) rendered through a real PDF pipeline — not a screenshot of a web preview. The output is 1080×1920, designed for the phone the traveller will actually open.
What it costs
€99 a month or €999 a year. One tier — Pro — and a seven-day trial with a small watermark on exports. No permanent free plan, no per-trip pricing, no surprise renewal jumps. The pricing philosophy is straightforward: this tool is what makes the trip you sell at €8,000 worth €12,000. Pricing it like a productivity app would be dishonest about what it's for.
There is no checkout on this site yet. Nothing here can charge you: we set Pro up by hand after a short conversation and the invoice follows. The trial needs no card and no account, so you can build a real trip before any of that comes up.
Who built it
Built out of Croatia by a small team who got tired of seeing beautiful trips delivered as ugly PDFs. The first version is self-funded and shipping monthly. If you're a DMC and you want to tell us what's missing, we read every email at hello@mydmc.app, or start from the contact page.
Where it’s going
More templates — Coastal Minimal, Adventure, City Break, Wine & Gastronomy. Native iOS and Android apps that mirror the web. A shared library DMCs can sync across operators. A small templates marketplace where designers contribute looks and earn 70%. None of that ships until the core feels right.
