Before you commit
The questions a purchase order asks.- Can we get a proper invoice with our company details on it?
- There is no checkout on this site, so nothing here issues a receipt automatically. Starting on Pro means a short conversation, setup done by hand, and an invoice from us afterwards — not a card form. Write to hello@mydmc.app with the entity and OIB it would need to be addressed to, and we will confirm in writing what we can put on it before you commit to anything.
- Can we pay by bank transfer rather than card?
- There is no card form anywhere on this site — no payment processor is connected to myDMC, so nothing here can charge you even if you wanted it to. Which methods we can take is a question for the conversation rather than a line on this page.
- We have not published the terms for this yet, and we would rather say so than write something we might not honour. Ask at hello@mydmc.app and you get the answer in writing before you commit to anything.
- What happens to our trips if we stop paying?
- Nothing. Your trips, saved blocks, suppliers and DMC profile are stored in your own browser, not in an account on our servers — we do not hold them, so we cannot lock them, delete them, or put them behind a paywall if you stop. Every PDF you have already exported is a file on your own disk and stays yours. Settings has a Download backup that writes the lot to a JSON file whenever you want a copy. Cancelling itself also lives in Settings — it opens a written notice to us, because setup and invoicing are done by hand and a person handles both directions. The trade-off is the honest one: local-first means the browser that holds the data is the one that has it, so take the backup. Terms §05 and §08 say the same thing in the language a lawyer will want to read.
- My business partner needs access too — is that Pro or Team?
- Today it is neither, and we would rather you heard that from us. There are no accounts and no seats yet: myDMC runs in the browser it is opened in, so two people means two separate copies with no shared library and no sync between them. Team — multi-seat, one shared block library and brand kit, an audit trail — is the V2 answer and it is the thing we get asked for most. If that is you, say so; the shape of your team is what decides what gets built first.
